Great interview. I think it's true, that no one could've predicted the YouTube phenomenon, but great intelligence (like the kind that Geoff provides) can give you a great picture of trends that will allow individuals to make intelligent decisions about their own businesses.
"Think like a publisher" and be useful. Good advice these days.
