Our analytics told Just For Laughs that it was time to evolve from a corporate website to a ticket selling experience that presented content at the right time in a user’s purchase journey. Through usability testing and user-centered design, we created a multi-device, highly visual transactional experience that gave Just For Laughs the flexibility they needed to drive revenue, whether they were in full festival mode or simply trying to promote a few shows at a time. The results have been nothing to laugh at.
