Geek Dinner Montreal with special guest, Tod Maffin, from the CBC - Canadian Broadcasting Corporation - takes place tonight. The dinner is taking place at 7:00 pm at Cafe Melies (in the ex-centris building). As always, please feel free to bring your cameras, portable recorders, etc... I'll have both of mine, so if you can't make it, odds are there will be some shots posted in both flickr and Facebook and you'll be able to catch some audio in an upcoming episodes of Six Pixels of Separation - The Twist Image Podcast.
I saw Tod speak at Podcasters Across Borders this summer and his presentation on how to be a compelling storyteller was only further enhanced by his passion for Podcasting and technology. Tod was one of the main people at the CBC behind their CBC Podcasting initiative.
