    M,

Just want to say in listening to this again the "Mensch Factor" just increased by a factor of three for your good self.

Things I notice -- which I'm sure others notice -- but which don't get cited often enough:

    1) you never cuss or swear or use foul language -- I get the reasons why, and for those of us regular listeners and readers of Ctrl-Alt-Delete, it's clear -- but the fact you don't get hoovered into the 4- and 7-lettered word maelstrom is admirable. Every time I note it, I smile.

    2) the fact you don't name client names...and thinking back to all the times you'd highlight a relevant example to illustrate a point on the pod, you never do mention any specific clients...just industry segments. Again, major mensch move...

    3) I'm half-way through my listen right now -- though I thought the above two were good and salient enough to mention without the inordinate additional 20-minute wait...

Thank you again for this. My steno pad is filled...again, top to bottom line...
